There are 17 artists all opening their studio doors from 11am until 5pm that weekend to show you behind the scenes, work in progress and finished art and craft works. Painting in Penwith, Cornwall
I just love the wildness of Penwith which is the far West of Cornwall where we come to Land's End! I am just back from a lovely week away and three days painting with Paul Wadsworth and some other talented artists. We were lucky with the weather and spent 3 mornings sketching in the landscape around Cape Cornwall and Pendeen and then the afternoons either painting from our sketches or painting direct from the lovely rolling moors around Paul's studio near Newbridge.
Some of my work from these 3 days can be seen at my open studios in June.
